Unusual early Waltham cushion form wristwatch from about 1927.   white gold filled snap back and bezel curved back case marked sweep second inside back. 7 jewel nickel sweep second round movement. Original silver dial with black Arabic numerals and blue steel spade style hands with red sweep second hand.
